As Content Program Manager within Microsoft's Commercial Digital Marketing organization, I led end-to-end content marketing and creative programs for Windows for Business and Surface for Business across web, email, and SEO channels. To establish a strong operational foundation, I authored operating principles that formalized decision gates, dependency-first planning, and scope stability expectations, reducing late-cycle risk and protecting creative capacity across cross-functional teams. I also built content development workflows inside the project management platform, giving PMs the structure needed to coordinate monthly workback schedules with precision and eliminating delivery ambiguity that had previously slowed execution.
I launched and managed full lifecycle content programs for both the Windows and Surface knowledge hubs, overseeing content strategy, governance, image asset matrices, monthly development cycles, update programs, and sunsetting workstreams, ultimately publishing 36 Windows for Business articles and 12 Surface for Business articles and exceeding program goals for both. To scale these programs effectively, I hired and onboarded a skilled team of UX designers, web marketing copywriters, a content manager, and a content strategist. I also established shared documentation standards, including file naming conventions and asset matrices, to reduce handoff friction between Creative, Content, and PM teams and ensure consistent delivery across all workstreams.
Recognizing the opportunity to modernize review processes, I led the development of an AI Agent for automated article review, enabling the system to verify copy brand standards, legal compliance, and back-end development functionality, eliminating costly last-minute adjustments before go-live, which saved 20% time to go-live. I coordinated cross-functional delivery across SEO, editorial, legal, design, and PM partners, enforcing consistent review steps, task naming conventions, and documented delivery expectations that kept complex programs on track.
I served as the program leadership voice across recurring executive forums, surfacing risks early and reinforcing predictable delivery norms. I authored program goals and benchmarks for Microsoft executive stakeholders covering both the Creative and Content Marketing programs, and defined team-level KPIs alongside proof-of-execution reporting to support invoicing and leadership visibility, proposing dashboards and interim tracking solutions wherever tooling gaps existed.
